For this project, the Lemanski team worked closely with the client and an interior designer to personalize a brand-new 7,000 square-foot condominium that had not previously been occupied. To create a personal look and feel for the space which was comprised of stock finishes, the interior designer worked closely with the Lemanski team to obtain a result that was exactly what the client wanted. The custom-made island in the kitchen was built in Massachusetts and shipped to Florida for installation and for the island top, the client chose a piece of stone that was sourced locally from the Boca Raton area. The Lemanski team worked closely with the building’s facility department to comply with all parking, delivery, disposal, and security parameters during the course of the project, while also minimizing noise, dust, and all other potential impact on the residents of the complex. Additionally, the painters, carpenters, plumber, electrician, and tile installer were hired from the local area by the Lemanski team to deliver the personalized touch that the client sought for the home. Lastly, owing to the tropical climate of southern Florida, the Lemanski team was cautious to use materials that could withstand extreme humidity as well as potential hurricane impact.
