Molly’s love of construction started when she worked for an antique dealer who was renovating a run down house from the early 1800s. Her time in construction has brought her from appliance installs to building a Home Care division to working as an onsite manager. Her focus has always brought her back to process improvement and building and maintaining databases. Outside of work she loves gardening and spending time with her fiancé and two corgis.
