The Lemanski team headed south to work on this 7,000 square-foot condominium in Boca Raton. Collaborating with the client and the interior designer, we upgraded the newly-built space with upscale materials for the master bath, powder room, and kitchen.
A custom-made kitchen island, manufactured in Massachusetts and shipped to Florida, was topped off with a Boca Raton sourced stone. We installed pendant lights in the 25-foot living room ceiling. Local painters, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and tile installers were hired to enhance the Floridian feel. To accommodate the tropical climate, we chose materials that will withstand extreme humidity and hurricanes.
